Situated at the end of the Great Ocean Road and just over three hour’s drive from Melbourne, Port Fairy is the charming seaside village with beautiful bluestone buildings, historic wharf, nineteenth century cottages and great Norfolk pines surrounded by diverse natural attractions including the Southern Ocean and Moyne River.
Port Fairy is famed for its festivals. Each year visitors flock to Port Fairy in March for the Folk Festival, in June for the Winter Weekends and in December for the Moyneyana Festival.
Port Fairy is the perfect place to get active with surf beaches to suit all abilities, picturesque walking and riding trails, excellent fishing and one of Australia’s best links golf course.
